Job Description

Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and support campaign execution for marketing initiatives.
Develop marketing campaigns using campaign selection tools.
Design and execute marketing tests.
Maintain marketing architecture and systems.
Perform quality assurance and communicate with customers and prospects.
Collaborate with business owners to refine campaign requirements.
Contribute to process improvements, controls, and procedures.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Technology, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, OR
Bachelor’s degree in the same fields with 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience managing email, site, or direct mail campaigns.
Proficiency with marketing automation software (Adobe Campaign, Unica Campaign).
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Snowflake).
Project management skills and experience overseeing campaigns.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead projects.
Experience designing quality assurance plans for campaigns.
