Are you ready to play a crucial role in supporting law enforcement operations? The Bothell Police Department (BPD) is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Police Records Specialist. As a Police Records Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently processing reports and legal documents, managing information in automated records management systems, and providing vital support within the department.

What will you do in this position?
  • You will perform data entries in ACCESS (A Centralized Computer Enforcement Service System).
  • Assist with monthly records audits.
  • Issue Concealed Pistol License (CPL).
  • Perform record retention and destruction according to City's retention policies and Washington State Law.
A successful candidate in this position will:
  • Demonstrate clear and efficient communication skills.
  • Allocate time and resources to ensure timely completion of individual tasks.
  • Streamline work processes and adeptly coordinate and collaborate with your team.
