Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Details
Represent clients in cases involving products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury matters
Providing legal support to clients
Managing cases from inception through trial and/or appeal, as necessary
Maintaining positive client relationships
Preparing legal reports and documents
Taking and defending depositions (including those of Plaintiff and experts, witnesses, etc.)
Prosecuting cases from start to finish
Conducting and/or defending depositions
Making court appearances, handling depositions, pretrial motions, and litigation work from inception to settlement/verdict
CA Bar License (Required)
Litigation: 2-5+ years (Preferred)
Strong Personal Injury Knowledge
