Full Description VitalCheck Wellness is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to work for an outpatient clinic at a global wealth-management firm located in Atlanta, GA 30306. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care.This is a great opportunity for physical therapists with desire to improve daily lives and work performances for employees of the firm. Responsibilities: Conduct client assessments and design treatment plans based on client needs for new patient visits as well as follow ups. Assess and recommend patients for follow up care if needed. Maintain client documentation. Provide home exercises. Requirements: Masters Degree from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Education of the American Physical Therapy Association is required. Current Physical Therapist License in state of GA. Experience with dry needling is preferred. At least 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently with little supervision.
