Overview:

Position Summary:

Primarily responsible for developing the OTA mobile application for use by external customers to purchase services, access online customer service/account management, and to access digital products/content .

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Lead OTA Mobile App product development (UI/UX).
• Design, develop, implement, and update application.
• Produce and updating related technical documentation and training.
• Investigate user needs and enhance product in response.

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; or 7-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Technical expertise and fluency across the technology and organizational “stack”: app and server-side software development, SDLC, UX, database, software and systems architecture, infrastructure, networking, SaaS delivery, mobile, and IoT
• Familiar with best of breed tools and methodologies for software product and service development and delivery

• Demonstrated knowledge of best in breed development tools, methods, and software
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and understand the most complex documents
• Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or Boards of Directors
• Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems
• High-level ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• High-level ability to interpret a variety of instructions
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
