Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an intern to join the Americas Industry Marketing team for Fall 2004. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work well in a fast-paced environment, a strong communicator and motivated to learn. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn the dynamics of Marketing within a rewarding, collaborative, corporate environment in the commercial real estate industry.

Qualifications

* Must be a rising junior or senior enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program or a recent college graduate with a degree in marketing or related field

* Interest in B2B marketing, content creation, campaign management or digital marketing

* Knowledge of marketing strategies, including demand generation tactics and tools

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

* Strong analytical skills with an understanding of keyword market analysis and digital content optimization, data visualization skills a plus

* Solid research skills and a curious mindset

* Base understanding of building digital/paid campaigns to drive inbound traffic to .com

* Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong ability to take direction, ask questions and move tasks forward

* Strong project management and operational aptitude with the ability manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously
