Job Description

Our client is looking for a Professional Land Surveyor for Ankeny, IA!

Starting Pay: $72,000 - $82,000/year (DOE)

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Occasional work outside of the main hours

Duties:

Deliver exceptional quality surveys that are on time

Produce and deliver control, boundary, topography, ALTA, subdivisions, and construction surveying services

Search legal records, survey records, and land titles to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed

Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, map records, and documents relating to surveys

Requirements:

Must have professional land surveyor license

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred), Trimble Access and Microsoft Office

Associate degree from a technical or four-year school preferred

Five (5) to ten (10) years progressive experience preferred

Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions
