Pay Rate: $16.00 - $53.43/hour
Job Summary:
The Project Manager - Regulatory Filing will oversee multiple workstreams to ensure the successful completion of regulatory filing milestones. This role requires deep understanding of technical calculations, regulatory requirements, and filing strategies. The Project Manager will act as a subject matter expert for their assigned regulatory sections, driving collaboration across departments, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering high-quality, timely regulatory products that align with approved leadership strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams to meet regulatory filing milestones and deliverables.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned regulatory filing chapters and sections.
• Develop and manage project schedules to align with filing timelines.
• Collaborate with experts across the company to define tasks and requirements.
• Coordinate and lead large stakeholder meetings to develop solutions and resolve challenges.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions with technical experts and maintain focus on deliverables.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations to leadership for regulatory filings.
• Draft testimony and written components of regulatory filings to reflect approved strategies.
  

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in project management of strategic business initiatives impacting future business investments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects involving technical details, calculations, and subject matter expertise.
  

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Utility or regulatory filing experience in an energy or infrastructure-related industry.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple workstreams.
• Expertise in understanding and applying technical project details independently.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and develop recommendations without significant oversight.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Strategic thinking and leadership presence.
  

Additional Skills:

• Experience leading large-scale stakeholder collaboration sessions.
