Your Role
· Develop detailed project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and oversee all aspects of construction.
· Monitor project costs, negotiate contracts, and track expenses.
· Ensure high-quality work, conduct inspections, and maintain a safe work environment.
· Serve as the primary client contact, keep them informed, and build strong relationships.

They work 75% re-roofing and 25% service, successfully delivering small maintenance repairs to major re-roofing projects valued up to $8m.
Key Requirements
· Track record of experience in commercial roofing
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roofing systems
