Commercial Roofing Project Manager Own Complex Projects. Lead with Impact.
Location: Austin, TX (Relocation Assistance Available)
Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 + Performance Bonuses + Full Benefits

Your Mission: - Oversee roofing and envelope projects ranging from $1M to $10M+
- Manage safety, scheduling, budgets, and subcontractors from start to finish
- Deliver work in occupied and secure environments-hospitals, government sites, schools
- Coordinate closely with clients, vendors, site supers, and internal teams
- Troubleshoot issues, drive solutions, and keep projects moving efficiently
- Review outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Table: - 5+ years leading commercial roofing or envelope projects
- Expertise in TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal systems, and waterproofing
- Proficiency with tools like Procore, The Edge, and Microsoft Office
- Experience working in active facilities-safety-first mindset a must
- OSHA 30 or 500 certified (EM 385 or LEED is a plus)
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
