Let It Grow, Inc. has an immediate full time opening in their project management dept. We are seeking candidates who will work well in a team-oriented, fast paced environment. Projects include rooftop spaces, parks, athletic complexes, government, universities, retail, and corporate – encompassing landscape, carpentry and concrete expertise. Let It Grow’s main office is located in River Edge, NJ and we serve New York City, North Jersey and Central Jersey.

Duties include:
• Solicit new business opportunities for the organization in order to meet sales objectives, prepare proposals for new work in a complete and professional manner.
• Responsible for directing, and coordinating all matters related to job projects to support short and long term company goals.
• Lead and participate with field personnel, staff, management, and job site management to ensure project quality, timely completion, and customer satisfaction. This includes planning for materials, labor, and subcontractors’ logistics to ensure consistency of construction project schedule.
• Complete and thorough understanding of all contract requirements for each project, including change orders and billing.
• Owns review process of all job costing including labor, materials, and subcontractor variance explanations
• Ensure close out of jobs is completed in a timely fashion including retainage follow ups.
• Ensure consolidated monthly billing estimates meet job work completed and meets forecasted project revenue targets.
Requirements:
· Organized and able to manage time, work crews, and administrative compliance
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Experience managing multiple projects and ability to multi-task
· Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
· Proficient with AutoCAD
· Follows workplace and vehicle safety procedures consistently
