Property Accountant
Compensation - $75,000 to $87,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities - Property Accountant:
- The Property Accountant will prepare financial statements for retail properties
- ME/ Close, Analyze variances Actual to Budget, bank reconciliations, cash management
- Budgeting and Forecasting and common are maintenance accounting / reconciliations
- The Property Accountant will perform fixed asset accounting
- Liaison with internal and external contacts
- Assist Property Managers as needed on Accounting related functions
What we are seeking in a Property Accountant:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance
- Real Estate Accounting experience a plus with CAM reconciliations
- Yardi or similar software/ERP is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks
- Ability to manage a broad range of responsibilities
- MS Office
