Job Title: Property Accountant (Full-Time)
Location: Seattle, WA
Salary: $60,000-$80,000

Key Responsibilities of the Property Accountant Role:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned properties
- Perform general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and journal entries
- Manage lease accounting, including rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, and billing adjustments
- Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and year-end audits related to property assets
Requirements for the Property Accountant Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in property or real estate accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Yardi, MRI, or similar systems preferred)
