Key Responsibilities:

General Ledger Management : Maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy in property-level transactions.
Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly financial statements, variance reports, and supporting schedules for assigned properties.
Accounts Reconciliation : Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and maintain oversight of accounts payable and receivable.
Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist with property budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support the financial performance of the portfolio.
Lease Administration : Process tenant billings, reconcile CAM charges, and manage lease compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of property accounting experience (real estate experience preferred)
Proficiency in Accounting Software : Experience with real estate accounting systems (Yardi, MRI, or similar) preferred
Attention to Detail & Strong Analytical Skills
