Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in Sanford, FL. The Purchasing Manager will oversee purchasing operations, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, coordinating with the production team, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments and external vendors to optimize the procurement process.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, and supply chain management
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills
• Analytical skills for market trend analysis and inventory management
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work on-site in Sanford, FL and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or sign industry is a plus
