The program is a 12-week paid internship immersive experience that provides functional learning working on robust and challenging project work, Executive and Senior leadership engagement, and exposure to Danaher Business System fundamentals. The program culminates with a report-out presentation to leaders from the organization. After successful completion of the program, interns will be considered to return as a full-time associate upon graduation.

This position is part of the Quality & Regulatory Affairs (QRA) department located in Fargo, ND, USA and will be an onsite and/or hybrid position. You will be a part of the Quality Operations team and report to the Senior Manager of Quality Assurance Operations responsible for Incoming Quality Assurance, and Quality Operations.

The Quality Assurance Analyst I (Intern) for Aldevron will be responsible for supporting QRA in maintaining the quality management system, implementation of Ai support tools to support documentation review, support in-process manufacturing steps, and component inspection and release. The individual will work directly with operational QA and Manufacturing associates.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in biology (All concentrations), chemistry, biochemistry, regulatory affairs, clinical science or biochemical engineering (Junior or higher)
  • Good documentation practices
  • Pays attention to details

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Work or academic experience in a lab setting or regulated industry
  • Experience in working in cross functional teams

The hourly range for this role is $28.00. This is the rate that we in good faith believe is the rate of compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
