Real Estate Associate (Mid-level)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: $230,00 - $300,000 (+ bonus)
A well-regarded National Business law firm with a strong reputation in the real estate sector is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Los Angeles office , focusing primarily on commercial leasing matters . The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of significant experience in commercial real estate transactions, particularly in office, retail, and industrial leases .
Key Qualifications:
- Between 3-6 years of experience within commercial real estate at a law office.
- Solid experience dealing with leasing matters.
- Strong drafting experience across a range of commercial leasing transactions.
- Excellent writing, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently on sophisticated matters.
- Admission to the California Bar.
- Amlaw firm experience preferred.
- High academic achievement required.
Additional Experience (Preferred but Not Required):
- Real estate acquisitions/dispositions
- Real estate finance
- Title and survey review
- General transactional due diligence
