This role is commission only but you will get a steady flow of lead opportunities from our top residential agents and teams. $85,000 - $1555,000 at plan commissions

• Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth
• Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
• Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data
• Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations

• Some knowledge of marketing and advertising

• Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language
