KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Delivering a Gold standard Client / Visitor Experience at 3WTC
+ Assist Clients / visitors when they arrive such as storing coats/luggage, escorting them to conference rooms or seating areas in the caf, providing water or coffee.
+ Notify team members of their guest arrivals
+ Answering phones and directing calls to the right stakeholders
* Delivery a Gold standard Employee Experience at 3WTC
+ Helping answer questions/directing employees to key conference rooms, spaces
+ Helping book desks using the Robin tool if employees are having difficulty
+ Helping book conference rooms using the Robin tool and Campus App if employees are having difficulty
+ Helping non-NY executives/team with key meetings being hosted at 3WTC
This role will have the flexibility to pick up special projects as needed assisting with administrative work that can be done while at the desk or near the desk. Assist the FM team when necessary.
