CV Resources is seeking a Recruiter for a medical concierge service . This temp-to-hire role is ideal for talent acquisition professionals with a passion for healthcare and high-touch client services. The Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier candidates to support the company’s growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.

• Develop and execute targeted hiring strategies to attract top healthcare and client service talent.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.

• Maintain accurate candidate records.

• Provide an excellent candidate experience , ensuring a smooth and engaging hiring process.

• Assist with onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare, hospitality, or high-end client service experience preferred).

• Strong ability to source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office .

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
