Job DescriptionThe Wellness Nurse is responsible for providing concierge nursing health and wellness services to corporate executives and other select groups of clientele by following all established standards of practice within the State and Federal guidelines. Per Diem Commitment: Approximately 1 to 2 shifts per month dependent on campaign. This position serves organizations throughout the Fairfield County area. Exact location varies depending on assignment, primarily Stamford and Wilton.ResponsibilitiesProvides annual physicals and flu vaccines. Schedules regular health screenings such as blood pressure, cholesterol/lipid, glucose, flu vaccine.Facilitates referrals for follow up medical care as appropriateProvides education as indicated after assessing the learning needs of the client'sPerforms other related duties as assigned or requested in order to maintain a high level of service.
