We want your knowledge and expertise Job Summary and Qualifications The RN Employee Health assists with the daily management the employee health patients, medical staff and occupational health staff physicians, utilizing the acquired knowledge of pathophysiology, pharmacology, and physiology. The RN Employee Health exercises independent judgment in assessment of the employees. The RN Employee Health participates in the development of policies and procedures for employee health care, and serves as a resource for the hospital through consultation, education and research at various levels to continuously improve the Employee Health processes and services. What qualifications you will need: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) verification course through American Heart Assoc. or American Red Cross - Healthcare Provider CPR Current Licensure in the State of Kansas as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Current Multi-State Licensure as a Registered Nurse with the ability to obtain a Kansas Registered Nurse license within 90 days of start date For more than 100 years, Wesley Healthcare has provided exceptional care to thousands of families in Wichita and throughout Kansas and Northern Oklahoma.
