REMOTE Long-Term/Temp-to-Hire Litigation Paralegal
LHH is recruiting for an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a long-term or temp-to-hire REMOTE opportunity located in California.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare initial discovery, i.e., interrogatories, request for production, request for admissions
Prepare attorneys for depositions
Trial preparation- prepare trial notebooks, exhibit lists, witness lists, trial subpoenas; engage in witness management; schedule trial testimony; prepare and manipulate trial presentations and other trial-related tasks as necessary
Requirements:
Ability to work 30-40 hours per week during regular hours
At least three years of experience with general civil litigation in California
Strong written and verbal communication skills
