Signing Agent Jobs ( is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Notary Public to work in the U.S. only. CATEGORY: Powers of Attorney JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen. SUMMARY: In this role, you will facilitate the proper execution of powers of attorney documents from a distance, in the convenience of your own home office!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Conduct remote notarizations for powers of attorney, ensuring the validity of signatures. Confirm the identities of both grantors and agents through secure video conferencing platforms. Witness and verifying the virtual signatures of parties involved in powers of attorney. Maintain thorough and organized records of notarized powers of attorney. Remain well-versed in state-specific regulations pertaining to remote powers of attorney notarizations. Offer clear explanations to clients about the significance and legal implications of notarized powers of attorney documents in a remote environment.

ESSENTIAL PROFILE:

High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Prior experience in notarizing powers of attorney documents, particularly in a remote capacity, is advantageous. In-depth knowledge of powers of attorney document procedures and remote notarization laws. Proficiency in using secure video conferencing and virtual document management platforms. Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, suitable for remote interactions. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage complex legal documentation. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment. BENEFITS: 401(K); Contract work; Flexible schedule.
