Join our client’s team as a pivotal force in advancing research excellence! We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Research Associate (Pre-Award) to lead the critical early stages of sponsored research proposal development. In this essential role, you'll support faculty in navigating complex funding opportunities, ensuring proposals meet all guidelines and deadlines. This position offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly contribute to groundbreaking research initiatives, making a lasting impact in higher education or medical research settings.

Compensation : $35.00/hr *

What you'll bring to the table: a proven track record in research administration, with hands-on experience in federal agencies like NIH, NSF, DOE, or DOD. Your exceptional organizational skills, combined with a strong understanding of federal regulations and sponsor requirements, will empower you to review, refine, and submit competitive proposals. The role requires a campus presence with about 90% in-person engagement to foster effective collaboration and support.

If you're ready to make a meaningful difference in the research community and excel in a fast-paced, impactful environment, we encourage you to apply today!
