We’re searching for a talented, full-time Photographer & Videographer to capture the essence of our listings through dynamic photo, video, and drone content. This person will also play a key role in supporting our marketing team — producing social media videos, YouTube content, and creative materials that elevate our brand and agents.

You’ll split your time between property media production and office-based marketing projects, collaborating directly with our agents and marketing department. If you’re passionate about beautiful imagery, engaging storytelling, and real estate marketing, this is the perfect opportunity to grow within a creative, energetic environment.

$45,000

• Ability to attend multiple shoots per day and/or week in order to provide the best possible customer service to our clients
• Help real estate agents stage the home during the shoot to ensure eye pleasing results
• Able to retouch photos to ensure best lighting, contrast and high quality so homes are pictured at their very best
• Ability to produce high quality virtual tours to post on various websites and attractively market the most homes possible
• Provide assistance in website and social media marketing to ensure properties and agency are presented in a professional and enticing manner

• Capture high-quality photos, video tours, and drone footage of listings for marketing and MLS use.
• Edit and deliver visual content with quick turnaround while maintaining consistent brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce agent videos, YouTube episodes, and social media reels.
• Develop creative ideas and story concepts for marketing campaigns, lifestyle videos, and brand features.
• Maintain and manage photo/video equipment and digital media library.
• Assist with content creation for the brokerage’s website, email marketing, and ad campaigns.
• Be available in-office during regular business hours for marketing support, content planning, and team collaborations.

• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment
• Enjoys working with all types of people and able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments
• Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent attention to detail, composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute new ideas and creative direction.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule for on-site property shoots.
