What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building and nurturing relationships with restaurant professionals across Florida.
• Placing job ads, screening top candidates, and matching them with incredible opportunities.
• Using your insider knowledge of Florida’s restaurant scene to connect the right people with the right roles.
• Being a mentor, coach, and trusted resource for the candidates you place.

Who You Are:

• A restaurant industry veteran with 3-5 years of experience in roles like Executive Management, HR/Recruiting, AGM, or GM.
• Deeply connected to the Florida restaurant market —you know the players, the trends, and the challenges.
• Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with the discipline to work remotely and independently.
• Someone who values professionalism, integrity, and building meaningful relationships.
• Ready to transition from operations into a fulfilling career with NO INCOME CAP.
