We are growing our Team! We are seeking a few to join our crews. Start as a Restoration Tech with reviews and pay increases at 90 days, 180 days, and annually. At SERVPRO® Franchise, we specialize in restoring properties to their pre-damage condition, with a focus on making fire and water damage “Like it never even happened.” We are committed to delivering exceptional service and quality workmanship to our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician with a desire to grow to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

**Position Overview:**

As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in our team by performing a variety of tasks related to the restoration of properties affected by fire, water, and other damage. This position requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to high standards of service, and the ability to manage restoration projects from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and dehumidification processes to mitigate water damage
- Conduct fire and smoke damage restoration, including cleaning and deodorizing affected areas
- Set up and operate equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and water extractors
- Assess the extent of damage and develop restoration plans in coordination with project managers
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including photos and detailed notes
- Communicate effectively with clients and insurance representatives regarding the status of restoration projects
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry best practices during all restoration activities
- Clean and maintain equipment and tools to ensure proper functionality and readiness for use
- Assist in the inventory management of restoration supplies and equipment

**Qualifications:**
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

**Work Schedule:**

- Full-time or Part-Time positions available
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed
