Sales Representative – Ride-Share Vehicle Rentals & Sales

Motopia, an innovative online retailer and rental company specializing in new and used vehicles for the ride-share industry, is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our team. We are redefining how consumers rent and own vehicles by building trust, offering superior customer service, and providing cost-effective solutions to rideshare drivers.

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers at our Motopia-LIC rental and sales office and mobile marketing hubs, identifying their needs and matching them to the right vehicle.
Clearly explain our programs and benefits, and assist with vehicle rentals, sales deliveries, and registrations.
Proactively make outbound sales calls to potential clients and ride-share driver referrals (Uber, Lyft).
Use our internal systems to check inventory, availability, and optional equipment.
Consistently follow structured routines for lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience that builds repeat business and referrals.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment.
Someone who likes routines and can execute daily sales processes with discipline.
Goal-oriented and hungry to exceed targets and maximize earnings.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
Prior experience in automotive, ride-share, or related sales a plus (but not required).
