We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled UiPath Solutions Architect to join our innovative team supporting a DoD Agency. This role is focused on a variety of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) use cases and is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in the UiPath platform and solution design. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: * Design stable, reusable, and scalable end-to-end RPA and intelligent automation solutions using the UiPath platform, ensuring they align with organizational best practices. * Lead process optimization and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business analysts to define and document the scope of automation. * Oversee the development and maintain comprehensive solution design documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Process Definition Documents (PDD). * Consult and provide expert guidance on implementing RPA technologies, techniques, and processes to transform and enhance current business operations. * Orchestrate and manage UiPath Orchestrator components, including robots, schedules, configuration files, assets, and queues. * Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers and analysts, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to quality standards and development methodologies. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into technical requirements to help establish and scale their automation capabilities. * Stay current with the latest advancements in UiPath and RPA to identify opportunities for innovation. Required Qualifications: * Secret (or above) Security Clearance. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and/or related experience. * 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with significant experience as an RPA Developer, Solution Architect, or a combination of both. * Proficiency in the UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Suite) and a deep understanding of the Robotic Enterprise Framework (ReFramework). * Proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting scalable RPA solutions in an enterprise environment. * Solid understanding of IT systems, process optimization, deployment pipelines, and risk analysis. * Experience with version control systems (e.g., git) and agile development methodologies. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and demonstrate solution capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: * UiPath Certified Professional - Solution Architect Certification. * Experience working with the DoD and/or Federal government agencies. * Experience with UiPath Process Mining, Task Mining, and AI Center. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their implications for RPA infrastructure. * Background in programming languages such as C#, Python, or VB.NET.
