We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled UiPath Solutions Architect to join our innovative team supporting a DoD Agency. This role is focused on a variety of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) use cases and is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in the UiPath platform and solution design. The person filling this role will collaborate with functional and technical teams to design and deliver robust, scalable intelligent automation solutions. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: * Design stable, reusable, and scalable end-to-end RPA and intelligent automation solutions using the UiPath platform, ensuring they align with organizational best practices. * Lead process optimization and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business analysts to define and document the scope of automation. * Oversee the development and maintain comprehensive solution design documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Process Definition Documents (PDD). * Consult and provide expert guidance on implementing RPA technologies, techniques, and processes to transform and enhance current business operations. * Orchestrate and manage UiPath Orchestrator components, including robots, schedules, configuration files, assets, and queues. * Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers and analysts, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to quality standards and development methodologies. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into technical requirements to help establish and scale their automation capabilities. * Stay current with the latest advancements in UiPath and RPA to identify opportunities for innovation. Required Qualifications: * Secret (or above) Security Clearance. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and/or related experience. * 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with significant experience as an RPA Developer, Solution Architect, or a combination of both. * Proficiency in the UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, Automation Suite) and a deep understanding of the Robotic Enterprise Framework (ReFramework). * Proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting scalable RPA solutions in an enterprise environment. * Solid understanding of IT systems, process optimization, deployment pipelines, and risk analysis. * Experience with version control systems (e.g., git) and agile development methodologies. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and demonstrate solution capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: * UiPath Certified Professional - Solution Architect Certification. * Experience working with the DoD and/or Federal government agencies. * Experience with UiPath Process Mining, Task Mining, and AI Center. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their implications for RPA infrastructure. * Background in programming languages such as C#, Python, or VB.NET.
