🔧 Robotics & Controls Engineer – AI-Driven Manufacturing

We’re partnering with a fast-growing deep tech company on a mission to modernize US manufacturing. They’re developing next-gen tooling automation powered by generative design and real-time control systems – and now they’re hiring a Robotics & Controls Engineer to help bring that vision to life.

🚀 What you’ll be doing:

• Designing robotic systems (FANUC, UR, etc.) for high-precision manufacturing
• Developing PLC & HMI logic (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) for industrial automation
• Building out SCADA/OEE dashboards to monitor real-time process performance
• Collaborating across mechanical, software, and AI teams to optimise workflows
• Applying smart process control (PID tuning, Kalman filters, etc.) to maximise output
• Supporting full automation lifecycle – from prototype through to deployment

🔍 What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in robotics, controls, or manufacturing automation
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, robotics integration, and SCADA
• Strong understanding of CAM/CAD-driven production (SolidWorks, Fusion, etc.)
• Exposure to tool & die making, CNC, or precision manufacturing workflows
• Bonus: AI-enhanced control logic or digital twin experience
