We are a long-standing commercial roofing contractor based in the Sacramento area with over three decades of industry experience. Known for delivering high-performance roofing systems and holding certifications with major national manufacturers, we take pride in quality, professionalism, and results. As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Commercial Roofing Estimator / Project Manager to join us in a dynamic role that blends estimating expertise with project execution.

We operate with a lean, close-knit office staff that supports a field workforce ranging from 20 to 100 depending on the season. Our culture is relaxed but driven, and we value individuals who are self-motivated, independent, and eager to take full ownership of their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site roof inspections to assess project scope and develop detailed, accurate bids.
• Use estimating software (Edge preferred) to generate proposals and pricing.
• Oversee projects from contract award through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate effectively with crews, vendors, and clients throughout all project phases.
• Independently manage a steady volume of estimates and active job responsibilities.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing.
• At least 2 years of experience in estimating.
• Proficiency with Edge Estimating software (preferred but not required).
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
• Strong work ethic with a proven track record of working independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits.
