Job Description
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and hands-on Project Manager to support our office operations and work closely with the owner to ensure smooth, high-quality project execution. This role involves managing orders, coordinating schedules, and overseeing roofing and exterior construction projects from start to finish.
Experience in roofing or exterior construction is highly preferred , but we’re open to motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project schedules , ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed to high standards.
Oversee roofing and exterior construction projects from planning through completion.
Assist office staff with processing material orders, managing client communications, and organizing project files and documentation.
Work closely with the owner to plan, delegate, and track project progress.
Conduct on-site visits to ensure quality control, compliance with safety standards, and overall client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation of project timelines, budgets, scope, and resources.
Ensure all work adheres to OSHA safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
Experience in roofing, siding, or exterior construction is highly preferred.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.
Comfortable working both in the office and in the field.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
Must be drug-free and able to pass a background check.
Familiarity with project management software or tools is a plus.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
