We are looking for an organized, proactive, and hands-on Project Manager to support our office operations and work closely with the owner to ensure smooth, high-quality project execution. This role involves managing orders, coordinating schedules, and overseeing roofing and exterior construction projects from start to finish.

Experience in roofing or exterior construction is highly preferred , but we’re open to motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage project schedules , ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed to high standards.

• Oversee roofing and exterior construction projects from planning through completion.

• Assist office staff with processing material orders, managing client communications, and organizing project files and documentation.

• Work closely with the owner to plan, delegate, and track project progress.

• Conduct on-site visits to ensure quality control, compliance with safety standards, and overall client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate documentation of project timelines, budgets, scope, and resources.

• Ensure all work adheres to OSHA safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in roofing, siding, or exterior construction is highly preferred.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.

• Comfortable working both in the office and in the field.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.

• Must be drug-free and able to pass a background check.

• Familiarity with project management software or tools is a plus.

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
