Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle benefits. Assist with the purchase process and complete necessary paperwork. Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and industry trends. Follow up with customers post‑sale to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with sales managers and F&I personnel to negotiate sales prices and lease payments. Qualifications: Experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach. Proficient in computer systems and sales software. Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.
