Responsibilities
Find and secure top talent on a nationwide basis.
Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals.
Conduct virtual interviews when necessary.
Assist in coordinating and scheduling virtual training.
Consistently handle multiple openings concurrently.
Seek out new, creative ways to identify top sales talent.
Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting and expanding highly productive sales teams.
Experience in high volume recruiting environments.
High level communication and organizational skills.
Strong Closing Skills
ATS experience.
Experience in the Auto or Home Warranty industry is a plus.
Experience recruiting salespeople in the Solar, Home Remodeling or Home Security salespeople is a plus.
Able to work in a hard hitting, high energy environment.
Able to work seamlessly on a close knit team.
