Applicants for the SAP FICO Lead position at the company must have a proven track record in S/4HANA, with a preference for those who have experience in Greenfield implementations, Fiori applications, and system migrations. The role requires the ability to provide end-to-end financial support, ensuring smooth transactions, reporting, and process optimization within SAP FICO.
