At Monigle Advertising, we’re not just building campaigns—we’re building belief. We’re seeking a Senior Creative Director – Art Direction who leads with taste, confidence, and curiosity. A master of visual storytelling and brand systems. A cultural provocateur. And an empathetic leader who can inspire teams to craft world-class creative across every touchpoint.

This is not a role for someone who’s just “seen it all.” This is for someone who still gets chills when the right idea hits the page—and knows exactly how to bring it to life across campaign ecosystems, digital platforms, and dynamic media. You’ll serve as a core creative partner to our Executive Creative Director and Senior Creative Director (Copy), and help lead a growing team that punches well above its weight in both thinking and execution.

And yes, you must speak AI—both as a tool and as a canvas.

Responsibilities:

• Lead with Vision : Shape the creative direction of major brand campaigns—from pitch to production—bringing ideas to life through elevated art direction, design systems, and distinctive campaign identities.
• Inspire and Direct Teams : Mentor and manage a team of Art Directors, Designers, and hybrid thinkers. Provide feedback that sharpens, not softens. Elevate the work, and the people doing it.
• Be a Creative Partner : Collaborate closely with strategy, copy, motion, and client services to ensure creative excellence across every channel—film, print, digital, social, experiential, and beyond.
• Champion AI : Leverage generative AI tools (MidJourney, Firefly, Photoshop AI, etc.) to explore faster, smarter, and more innovative pathways to craft. Set the pace on what's possible.
• Drive New Business : Concept and pitch bold ideas that win hearts—and RFPs. You're a closer, and a storyteller.
• Push Craft Relentlessly : From composition and color to motion and media, you’ll uphold the highest standards in the work and expect the same from others.
• Work Across Industries : From national healthcare brands to blue-chip financial institutions, to destination tourism and sports leagues—your work will help shape culture at scale.

Requirements :

• 10+ years of creative experience, ideally with time at brand-forward and creatively recognized agencies.
• A killer portfolio of award-winning, integrated campaigns that blend insight, storytelling, and style.
• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-enhanced creative tools like MidJourney, Runway, DALL•E, or Firefly.
• Strong leadership presence —able to motivate teams, manage up, and hold a room with clarity and charisma.
• Fluent in modern media . You know how to concept across TikTok as confidently as TV. You think in campaigns, not just deliverables.
• Experience directing photo shoots, film productions, motion design, and brand systems .
• Ability to present and sell big ideas to CMOs and executive teams—with elegance, logic, and a little drama.
• A bias for action —you know when to sweat the details and when to move fast.

Salary range: $140,000 – $170,000

• Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
