Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer

The position

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and overseeing the full project lifecycle. Your expertise will drive high-performance solutions and ensure the success of our mission-critical projects. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Handle advanced electrical design tasks for distribution systems, equipment selection, and infrastructure layout.
Lead design development using AutoCAD and Revit software.
Oversee project teams and ensure on-time project execution.
Survey building conditions and prepare technical reports.
Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and punchlists.
Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and aligning project goals.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to policy, training, and process improvement efforts.

Could this role be for you?

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET accredited)
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or working towards
8 -13+ years of electrical engineering experience
Expertise in electrical systems for mission-critical facilities
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Must be based in the Phoenix area with 25-50% local travel and up to 10% national travel
