Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a business related field. 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders. 5 years of experience in business generation or abuse prevention. 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., Marketing, business operations, consulting). 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership along with excellent executive presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. About the job In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all GenAI-powered features at YouTube are safe and fair, by advocating a testing and safety stack which enables high velocity and agile feature development that scales. Build a roadmap, write the Product Requirements Document, set the Objectives and Key Results for abuse detection strategy which works out of the box for a high volume of high variety launches. Build knowledge of AI-powered feature development at YouTube, including user needs and risk, be the Trust and Safety partner for features and ensure we can bring them to market safely and fast.
