Apply today!/ppNiyam is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect to join our team in support of our work with a federal client. We offer competitive compensation and benefits. This position is remote, but may require occasional onsite meetings in DC./ppRole and Responsibilities/pulliManage all aspects of Salesforce.com (SFDC) including complex configuration, customization, and implementation of applications and 3rd party integrations/liliParticipate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment/liliParticipate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation/liliAnalyze detailed system factors, including input/output requirements, information flow, software requirements, and alternate methods of problem resolution/liliUtilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform/liliFollow all standard operating procedures (SOP) and maintain updated ticketing for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc./liliProactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts/liliProvide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to assistance/liliCollaborate with software development lead and development team to perform code reviews to ensure that all solutions are aligned to architecture/design/liliConduct independent research to lead or support the resolution of complex questions and issues/li/ulpQualification and Education Requirements/ppRequired Skills/pulliU.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance/liliBachelors Degree in Computer Science or related equivalent/liliSalesforce Certified Platform Developer II/liliSalesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect/lili12+ years of IT technology experience/lili5+ years of experience in system integration, ICD design, Scrum and RPA/lili8+ years of experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform, which should include Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, and declarative platform tools (i.e. Process Builder, Flows, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder)/lili5+ years of experience with implementations of Service Cloud features (i.e. Omni Channel, Live Agent, and Case Management)/liliDemonstrated experience using Gitlab and Salesforce standards development tools: Salesforce CLI and VS Code/liliExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative tools like Jira/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliExperience in solution design/li/ulpPreferred Skills/pulliExperience working with federal clients/liliFamiliarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)/liliExperience with Salesforce Government Cloud product suite highly desired and FedRamp/liliAbility to work in a fast paced environment/liliSalesforce Certified Advanced Administrator/li/ulpApplication Deadline: This will be posted for a minimum of 2 business days or until a sufficient candidate pool has been collected.
