MicroHealth is seeking a SIPRNet Project Manager to support our client and team. As a SIPRNet Project Manager supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA) will be to plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects and IT operations at the Defense Health Headquarters (DHHQ) in Falls Church, VA, and DHA offices in the area.

**This is a Planned Position.

Security Clearance Level: Secret

Essential Functions:
  • Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects.
  • Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
  • Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
  • Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
  • Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
  • Possess and apply expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
  • Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
  • Perform independent thinking, complex tasks with little to no supervision.
  • May supervise others.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Master’s degree and/or equivalency
  • Experience:
    • Eight (8) years of progressive experience (with Masters)
    • Ten (10) years of progressive experience (Bachelors)
    • Twelve (12) years of progress experience (HS Diploma)
  • Technical skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, SharePoint
  • Required Certifications:
    • PMI, PMP or equivalent as approved by COR
    • ITIL 4 Foundation 
Salary
  • $140,000-$160,000
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee may lift or move objects up to 5 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
