About the Position
The Site Training Coordinator is responsible for training employees on processes and procedures necessary to perform assigned jobs within the distribution center. Site Training Coordinator may also fill in to perform these jobs when not actively involved in training.

Functions
• Trainer
o Facilitates on-the-job training to new, existing, and inexperienced employees on warehouse floor and forklift operation duties.
o Provide training on the safe use of equipment and powered industrial equipment such as RF scanners, forklifts, inventory systems,
o Train on operations processes and procedures
o Educates on safety procedures for safe performance of job and operation of equipment.
o Maintain training logs and checks off training completion
o Safely operate Powered Industrial equipment and Pallet Jack.
o Pack orders for shipments by parcel.
o Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
o Review and Analyze daily production reports.
o Participate in Inventory/Cycle Count as needed
o Report missing items or quality variances to direct supervisor.
o Perform daily safety inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklift trucks
o Ensure facility is inspection ready at all times per customer needs.
o Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor
o Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Familiar with Microsoft 365
• Must be effective as a communicator
• Must have proven presenting skills during trainings
• Willing to be flexible with tasks and duties while still following a daily checklist (LSW)
• HR and Office Admin duties as needed.
