Social Media Specialist Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at up to $24/hr, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)
• Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Located in Sarasota, FL

Social Media Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and post creative content across all platforms
• Assist in the management of digital advertising and media buying campaigns
• Create, edit, and distribute written content through various internal and external channels
• Participate in content creation for social media (graphics, videos, TikTok/Reels, etc)
• Assist in the generation of leads via Indeed, job boards, and social media
• Oversee public reviews on Google, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Facebook
• Assist with basic paid media and ad-buying campaigns

Social Media Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Strong personality with a desire to develop a brand on social media
• Must be proficient with all social media platforms
• Bilingual abilities (English / Spanish) are a plus
• Demonstrated writing, editing, and proofreading abilities are required
• Previous experience in a marketing/recruiting environment would be beneficial
• Basic paid media and ad buying skills/experience
