T he Occidental is in search of a dynamic Sommelier who is excited to be part of a large, passionate, cohesive team providing genuine hospitality to create memorable dining experiences.

The desired candidate will have:   

• Excellent wine knowledge, with an emphasis on back vintages and producer profiles  
• Minimum 2 years of hospitality and wine program management experience is preferred  
• Thorough understanding of various tools and techniques for wine and food service  
• Wine Certification is preferred
• AM availability
