WHAT IS THE POSITION
The individual will be required to drive new business growth by targeting and building relationships with international schools, school groups, and partners. They will be focused on closing business through consultative sales and storytelling. The role requires exceptional consultative relationship-building skills, an ability to sell through storytelling, and the individual will build educational credibility via the demonstration of our award-winning products and knowledge of their impact on education. They will act as a senior member of the team, striving to surpass all sales KPIs, leading by example, and supporting the Director of Business Development as appropriate
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• A high-level field sales professional, that can strategically build, own and deliver a territory plan.
• Operates with sales excellence and is highly skilled at every aspect of the sales cycle.
• Fully owns and is accountable for pipeline build, velocity, and sales closures to monthly / quarterly/ yearly targets.
• Has a thorough understanding of the market and keeps up to date with market trends
• Owns a territory, parenting with inside sales to produce a crystal-clear strategy that outlines key accounts and populations to be targeted by both field sales and inside sales.
• Builds excellent internal relationships and encourages the development of their inside sales partner.
• Is proactive at uncovering opportunities with school groups, international associations, commercial partners and goes above and beyond to ensure their support and closure.
• Works extremely effectively with the strategic accounts team to ensure high level opportunities are maximized.
• Operates 'in the field' at events and international tradeshows and is comfortable speaking to the room at the level of the educator.
• Leans into storytelling and needs analyses as the 'go to' sales methodology.
• A high-level field sales professional, with a proven track record of results delivery and territory growth.
• Has an advanced sales skillset, is proactive in making suggestion for sales improvements with peers that drive results.
• Has a senior approach and attitude, operating visibly and proactively to drive the business forward, acting as trusted second in command for the Director of Business Development
• Operates at the highest level in the field, builds strong, long -lasting relationships with key stakeholders
• Is adept at uncovering a multitude of opportunities and has the right skills execute on them both internally and externally.
• Is visible in supporting junior members of the team, passing on knowledge, support and experience where appropriate.
• Executes on all BDM behaviors and role requirements as a minimum expectation.
• Delivers excellent sales results, and specifically, net new sales.
• Supports the Director of BD with strategic planning, delivery, and execution.
• Defines what 'best in class' looks like in terms of Field Sales, in terms of both WHAT is delivered and HOW it is delivered.
WHAT IS REQUIRED
• Maintain working knowledge of industry, market, and competitive landscape

• Can work flexibly across time zones to meet the needs of our international educators
• Fluent in both English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with diverse client base.
