🚀 What You’ll Do

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
• Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, D&I, and organizational effectiveness.
• Coach and develop managers using CJ Logistics’ HR model and tools.
• Drive key HR programs like performance management, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Navigate complex employee relations matters with integrity and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Leverage data and metrics to proactively identify trends, improve retention, and build a more engaged workforce.
• Contribute to the development and deployment of HR systems and best practices across

multiple locations.

🧠 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven success as a change agent in a dynamic, multi-site organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and performance management.
• PHR or SPHR certification (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
