Technology Lead Recruiter - US Staffing | MSP/VMS & Direct Clients | IT, Analytics, Engineering & Leadership Hiring

Join our team as a dynamic Supply Tech Business Systems Partner and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of systems and tools to enhance central programs and strategies.
• Effectively communicate project progress and roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various teams to define and refine essential support systems and processes.
• Assist Sales and Business teams with technical implementations that align with strategic goals.
• Manage technical work portfolios and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet project objectives.
• Prioritize team requests to align with business objectives and ensure visibility into project roadmaps.
• Partner with teams to manage data, insights, and reporting from systems and tools.

Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales enablement or operations roles.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee complex projects from start to finish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in both collaborative and independent work environments.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and GSuite.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with systems such as Gong and MixMax.
• Experience across the customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, sales, and customer success.
• Strong strategic and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to build relationships across complex organizations.
