Job Description: System AdministratorJob Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the system by implementing proper security measures and protocols.
• Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software related issues.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Perform regular system upgrades and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to optimize system efficiency.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant professional certification such as MCSE, CCNA, or equivalent.
• Proven work experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and security systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in system administration.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with cloud computing services like AWS or Azure.
• Experience in system monitoring and performance tuning.

Salary & Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $112,000 per year
• Maximum Salary: $148,000 per year
