Employment Solutions is partnering with a company that is the leader in it's industry company to hire a System Test Engineer to work onsite in Carrollton, TX . This is a direct hire full-time position with outstanding benefits!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of test strategies, specifications, and plans. Use your strong technical, analytical and testing skills

to contribute to the design, build and implementation of test automation suites that provide testing of the products.

As part of a small team, your creative product test will directly support the customer experience and advance our leadership in this growing market.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical training with 3+ years related experience.
• 3 or more years of previous work experience in WAN/LAN/OLAN testing or equivalent experience in technical training and or continuing education
• Working experience of Networking (OSI model and protocols) with a focus on L2 (e.g. LLDP, xSTP, ACLs, MAB, 802.1x)
• Participated in automated test development with a preference to using Quali Systems Cloudshell/Testshell automation development tools
• Expertise in Python programming language and script generation
• Hands-on experience using traffic generators such as IXIA or Spirent test Center
• Knowledge of overlaying GPON, XGPON and NGPON services onto a single fiber a plus
