V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Technical Writer for our premier client in Baton Rouge, Louisiana .



WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

• Develops technical systems support and knowledgebase documents.
• Develops technical system implementation and configuration documentation and related technical support user guides and procedures guides.
• Develops end user training documentation and guides
• Reviews and approves content to be published to a centralized knowledgebase.
• Reviews, validates and updates technical system and support documents.
